Job summary

Deutsche Windtechnik AG is seeking a Site Coordinator to support the Site Manager and regional teams at the wind farm locations in the US. You’ll oversee inventory, scheduling, travel support, and documentation to ensure efficient operation and project execution.

You will interact with technicians and external teams, organizing meetings and reports while maintaining digital records and compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree is a bonus.
• 1+ years on-site at a wind farm preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and follow safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Check in/out parts and tooling and maintain accurate inventories.
• Coordinate calendars and support travel for the site team.
• Process expense reporting and organize meeting notes.
• Support travel, approvals, and high-priority workflows across the wind facility.
