Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. seeks an experienced Manager, Site Operations to lead wind farm operations in Asbury, MO. You’ll coordinate turbine service, ensure safety, plan outages, and supervise contractors while maintaining regulatory compliance and efficiency.

The role requires a track record in wind energy, strong leadership, and ability to manage budgets, schedules, and performance metrics in a dynamic energy environment.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in wind energy, power generation, or related fields.
• Three+ years in leadership, supervision, or contractor management.
• Experience with wind farm operations, substations, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily wind farm operations and coordinate with service providers and crews.
• Lead planning, outage coordination, and safety compliance programs.
• Oversee balance-of-plant activities including inspections and switching.
• Administer service, maintenance, warranty, and operating agreements; track downtime.
• Prepare operating and capital budgets and monitor expenses.
• Analyze performance data and coordinate corrective actions with contractors.
• Ensure regulatory permits, permits, and environmental requirements are met.
