Job summary

Enel North America Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance professional for wind energy projects. You will coordinate field work, manage budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across site operations.

The role requires 8+ years in O&M or construction, wind energy experience preferred, and the ability to lead third-party service providers while maintaining asset reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operations and maintenance or construction experience; wind energy background preferred.
• Experience managing third party service providers.
• Project contract management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field work, maintenance and repairs; ensure safety of personnel and assets.
• Develop annual operating budgets with long-term projections (5 years).
• Ensure regulatory compliance (NERC, ISO, OSHA, environmental, avian).
• Manage site inventory and spare parts; track stock levels.
• Use SAP PM to create notifications, work orders and maintenance plans.
