Muehlhan Wind Service is seeking a Commercial Proposal Specialist to support end-to-end tender activities for utility-scale wind projects. The role includes preparing and reviewing proposals, coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Operations, and ensuring compliant, competitive bids.

The position is based in Flower Mound, Texas, in an office setting. The successful candidate will have 2+ years in B2B proposals, strong Excel and CRM skills, and a degree in business, engineering, or renewable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or renewable energy.
• 2+ years of experience with complex B2B proposals, contract bidding, or project coordination.
• Proficiency with advanced spreadsheet modeling and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end tender activities, ensuring timely, compliant proposals for global clients.
• Prepare, review, and optimize bid, proposal, contract, and sales documentation, including pricing and budgets.
• Advise sales on contract terms and bid requirements in coordination with Legal and Commercial teams.
• Coordinate input from Sales, Legal, Finance, QHSE, and Operations for accurate submissions.
• Maintain and update sales systems, pipelines, templates, and tools for efficient tender processes.
• Provide expertise in proposals, bid, and sales support to improve processes.
• Organize and distribute pre-qualification questionnaires to internal teams.
