Muehlhan Wind Service is seeking a Commercial Proposal Specialist to drive end-to-end bidding for utility-scale wind projects. You will support the sales team with tender prep, pricing, and contract considerations while coordinating input from Legal, Finance, and Operations in a fast-paced, office-based role in Flower Mound, Texas.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in B2B proposals, strong Excel and CRM skills, and a detail-oriented, collaborative mindset to optimize bid quality and win potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, renewable energy, or related field.
• 2+ years in B2B proposals, contract bidding, or project coordination.
• Proficiency with advanced spreadsheet modeling and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end tender activities for global clients.
• Prepare, review, and optimize bid, proposal, and sales docs including pricing.
• Advise on contract terms and commercial considerations with Legal and Commercial teams.
• Coordinate input from Sales, Legal, Finance, QHSE, and Operations.
• Maintain sales systems, pipelines, templates, and tools for tenders.
• Provide expertise in proposals and back-office process improvements.
• Distribute PQQs to internal technical and compliance divisions.
