Four technician levels reflect growing autonomy and leadership responsibilities. The position requires four weeks of mandatory training, a valid driver's license, and a strong safety mindset, including LOTO procedures and rigorous documentation.

Qualifications

• 0 to 1 year in renewable energy or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance and repairs on renewable energy generators.
• Lead teams on routine tasks for Technician 3 and participate in on-call rotations.
• Attend safety and technical training; maintain logs and documentation.
• Maintain system integrity and safety compliance on site.
