• Bachelor's-level or equivalent business education may be substituted with relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and customer expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead conference calls, project meetings, and status updates.
• Communicate project changes, timelines, concerns, and resolutions to customers and stakeholders.
• Delegate project tasks and coordinate resources to meet project deadlines.
• Monitor project progress and ensure contractual obligations are met.
