The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience, a PE license (or plan to obtain within six months), and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering degree required, PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 8+ years of progressive design and project management experience required.
• Travel to project sites and Westwood offices across the United States required.

Responsibilities

• Manage design and delivery of projects in a profitable manner.
• Oversee technical aspects of various projects and supervise staff.
• Develop project work plans and budgets, deploy resources.
• Prepare schedules and track milestones for multiple projects.
• Lead business development activities and grow the team.
