Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Flow Parts Lead to manage customer orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring accurate communication and timely execution in a fast-paced wind-energy parts environment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality and Finance to meet customer commitments and resolve issues, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years in customer service/fulfillment role.
• 5+ years in customer service, order management, logistics, or related field.
• Ability and willingness to travel 10% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers on orders and delivery timing.
• Review and process customer purchase orders in internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to set realistic production and delivery commitments.
• Monitor orders and proactively communicate status updates and risks.
• Maintain ERP/CRM records and provide order documentation to customers.
