You will partner with the GM/Executive Director and senior leaders to translate priorities into actionable plans, lead high‑impact initiatives, and ensure disciplined execution across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, economics, analytics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, commercial strategy, chief of staff, or related disciplines.
• 15–20% travel based on business needs.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and driving cross-functional accountability.
• Proficiency with CRM, CPQ, Tableau or similar analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to GM/Executive Director translating priorities into plans.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, Ops, and Competitiveness.
• Design regional operating cadence aligned to global standards and market realities.
• Develop executive briefings, decision materials, and recommendations for leadership.
