Qualifications

• Typically 7–10 years of project development experience in renewable energy development.
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as renewable energy, urban planning, finance, business, or engineering.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of renewable energy development, interconnection, permitting, contracting, and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of complex project development and portfolio or sub-market management.
• Own project development schedules and budgets.
• Evaluate and manage risk across timelines, permitting, policy, and technical constraints.
• Lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively to senior leaders and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Coordinate with engineering, interconnection, permitting, and finance teams throughout development.
