NextEra Energy Resources is seeking a PGD Technical Services Manager to lead wind blades, towers, and foundations engineering support within the EOSS organization. You will drive reliability, use predictive analytics and AI-enabled tools, and collaborate across operations, maintenance, and OEMs to maximize fleet performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s of Science degree in engineering.
7+ years of technical experience in power generation, asset reliability, or data analytics.
3+ years of leadership or people management experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
Executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead root cause analyses with OEMs to mitigate fleet issues.
Drive blade health strategy with predictive modeling and performance optimization.
Develop blade repair techniques and procedures.
Communicate complex technical findings to executives and stakeholders.
Present monthly fleet performance reports to leadership.
