Job summary

NextEra Energy Resources is seeking a PGD Technical Services Manager for Wind Blades and Structures to provide strategic leadership and technical oversight within the EOSS organization. Lead blade health strategies, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled improvements across wind assets.

You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, supply chain, and OEMs to maximize fleet reliability, develop blade repair techniques, and drive data-driven decisions for asset health and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-level presentation experience.
• Wind industry experience with blade design/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analyses with OEMs and internal teams.
• Drive blade health strategy including predictive modeling and optimization.
• Develop blade repair techniques and procedures using wind blade knowledge.
• Communicate complex technical findings to executive leadership.
• Present monthly fleet performance reports to stakeholders.
• Advance data science and AI to improve blade repair predictions.
• Oversee foundation inspection and repair guidelines.
• Support budget development with technical project strategy.
• Foster continuous improvement via Six Sigma and audits.
