Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5+ years’ industry experience.
• Epic Willow Inpatient Certification.
• 1+ year of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and ensure integrity, integration, and stability of Willow EHR applications.
• Analyze workflows, system setup, and audits; participate in upgrades and testing.
• Manage multiple customer assignments and ticketing with SLA adherence.
• Document requests and incidents in ticketing systems; follow change control policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate with IT staff and end-users.
