Job summary

Nordic Willow Application Advisor plays a pivotal role in designing, building, testing, and troubleshooting EHR solutions for Nordic clients, overseeing engagements and mentoring other Managed Services team members.

You will act as the application lead for small to mid-size customers, guiding cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvements across deployments.

Qualifications

• Active Epic certification is required.
• 3+ years of direct experience with Epic.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Must demonstrate Nordic’s maxims.
• Proven problem solving and technical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with ticketing systems and change management processes.
• Strong customer service track record.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes; previous management and project experience preferred.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and escalation experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate customer needs into detailed requirements and system builds.
