Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Clerk, Will Call to support will call operations, ensuring on-time pickups and courteous service. You will verify orders, manage invoicing, assist with substitutions for out-of-stock items, and coordinate with couriers while maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, strong communication, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to work in a warehouse environment with occasional cold areas.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math, analytical and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Process will call orders and verify correct product is damage-free.
• Manage will call invoices and return unpicked/cancelled items to inventory.
• Assist customers with alternatives for out-of-stock items.
• Process inbound and outbound couriers (Fedex/UPS/etc.).
• Handle product returns to maintain customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of will call areas and offices.
• Coordinate with transportation on inter-branch will calls and deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
