Job summary

Sysco is seeking a motivated team member for the will-call desk to ensure accurate and timely processing of will-call orders. You will be the customer-facing representative handling transactional aspects and coordinating pickups at the will-call counter.

The role demands reliability, basic math and data entry, and strong communication with customers and associates. Physical demands include lifting and pallet jack operation in a cool/temperature-controlled environment typical of a warehouse

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with 0–1 year of relevant work experience.
• Able to lift 10–75 lbs and operate a pallet jack or forklift.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer services sales support; key in national accounts and customer orders.
• During downtime, perform duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Assist with credit processing for customer requests.
• Coordinate customer will calls (generate and coordinate pick-ups).
• Support cash sales program: create inventory lists, distribute, take orders, and hand out orders.
