Job summary

Würth Baer Supply Company is seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Pickup Associate (Will Call Counter Clerk) at our Vernon Hills, IL distribution center. You will greet customers, locate products, process pickups, and assist with packing, returns, and inventory checks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires a High School diploma and basic computer skills; SAP experience is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits, schedule Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm CT.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Punctual and reliable with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the Will Call area and process orders.
• Look up customer information in the computer and assist with pickups.
• Support warehouse picking/packing, returns, and invoicing.
• Maintain clean, organized displays and assist customers loading items.
