Qualifications

• 1-2 years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material handling.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer service mindset.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn ERP/WMS systems.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and prepare customer pickup orders.
• Verify materials for accuracy including part numbers and quantities.
• Ensure orders are complete and ready for customer arrival.
• Maintain organized Will Call area and labeling.
• Prioritize orders based on arrivals and urgency.
• Greet customers promptly upon arrival.
• Communicate delays or substitutions clearly.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and cycle counting as needed.
• Report inventory issues to warehouse leadership.
• Operate forklift or pallet jack safely.
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
