Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material handling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a physically active environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Effective communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn ERP/WMS systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification or willingness to complete certification.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and prepare customer pickup orders according to pick tickets, sales orders, and company standards.
• Verify materials for accuracy including part numbers, quantities, lot/serial numbers, and product condition.
• Ensure orders are complete, labeled, and ready for customer arrival.
• Maintain an organized, safe Will Call area and customer-facing counters.
• Prioritize orders based on customer arrival times and urgency.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Confirm order details, review documentation, and address discrepancies.
• Provide basic product assistance or direct customers to inside sales for support.
• Communicate delays or backorders clearly and professionally.
• Represent the company’s values and service standards in all interactions.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, replenishment, and cycle counting as needed.
• Report inventory shortages or quality issues to warehouse leadership.
• Operate material-handling equipment safely and in compliance with policies.
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
