Job summary

Sysco Eastern Maryland, LLC is seeking a customer-facing associate to accurately process will-call orders at the desk, run invoices, collect payments when needed, and support Customer Service at the distribution site in 21851. You will coordinate will-call pickups, assist with national accounts orders, and handle daily shipping tasks while providing reliable service to internal teams and customers.

• Experience in customer-facing roles or customer service.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Able to perform basic math and data entry with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer will call pickups and scheduling.
• Process invoices and assist with customer billing when needed.
• Support Sales Admin with E-Sysco and related tasks.
• Assist with national accounts orders and special orders.
• Arrange van deliveries and route them through warehouse.
• Handle intercompany and vendor pickups and BRTs.
• Downtime duties and queue work for customer service.
