Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc in Pocomoke City, MD is seeking a will-call associate responsible for professional, accurate and timely processing of will-call orders. This role is customer-facing at the will-call desk and handles the transactional side of the process, running invoices and collecting payments as needed.

You will provide customer service support, coordinate pickups, assist with national accounts, and help with packing, routing, and basic billing tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-year experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Proficient data entry and basic math for invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer will call (generating and coordinating pick-ups).
• Provide customer service sales support; key in all national accounts orders.
• Arrange van deliveries for routing; warehouse staging.
• Organize Intercompany and vendor pick-ups and BRTs.
• Back-up for Sales Admin with E-Sysco and receptionist duties.
• Bill add-ons, donations, office supply orders, and customer billing invoices.
• Set up UPS shipments through will call.
• Handle incoming calls and queue for customer service.
• Support customer requests for credit process.
• Process Employee Cash Sales Program orders and payments.
