Job summary

Sysco is seeking a will-call order processor to ensure accurate and timely handling of will-call orders. This customer-facing role manages the transactional side of will-call at the desk and supports order entry and coordination with national accounts.

Responsibilities include processing orders, assisting with credit requests, coordinating pickups, and participating in the cash sales program. Requires basic math, strong communication, and the ability to work in variable temperatures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 0–1 year of relevant work experience.
• Frequently lift 10–75 lbs and up to 100 lbs.
• Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift.
• Work in coolers/freezers and extreme temperatures.
• Read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer services sales support; key in national accounts' special orders and customer orders.
• During downtime, perform duties as assigned.
• Support customer requests for credit processing.
• Coordinate customer will call (generating and coordinating pick-ups).
• Handle Employee Cash Sales Program tasks: create inventory lists, distribute lists, take orders, and hand out orders.
