Job summary

Sysco Anchorage is seeking a will-call associate to ensure professional, accurate, and timely processing of will-call orders at the desk, handling invoices and payments, and supporting Customer Service. This role is customer-facing with direct interaction for order pickups.

You will coordinate pick-ups, arrange van deliveries, and input orders for national accounts, while also performing backup reception and related clerical tasks.

Qualifications

• 1-year experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer will calls (pick-ups).
• Provide sales support and enter national account orders.
• Arrange van deliveries and routing for pickups.
• Organize intercompany and vendor pick-ups.
• Back-up for Sales Admin and receptionist duties.
• Bill add-ons, donations, office orders, and billing invoices.
• Set up UPS shipments via will call when needed.
• Handle downtime tasks and inbound customer calls.
• Support credit processing for customers.
• Manage Employee Cash Sales: inventory lists and payments.
