Johnstone Supply is seeking a Part-Time Will Call/Counter Flex employee to support counter sales and warehouse functions in our Grand Prairie, TX location. You will handle customer service at the Will Call counter, assist with order processing, and help maintain showroom stock and appearance.

Forklift experience and a valid certification are required or will be pursued on the job. Responsibilities include receiving shipments, using RF scanners, processing payments, and aiding customers with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ years of related wholesale/retail experience preferred.
• Forklift experience and safety awareness are required/preferred depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at Will Call and front counter with orders, quotes, and product information.
• Receive product, inspect shipments, and perform stock replenishment using RF scanner.
• Process sales orders and payments following SOPs; maintain showroom organization and cleanliness.
• Support warranty claims and returns documentation; balance daily sales transactions.
