Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years retail/wholesale experience.
• Front counter experience in HVAC/R or related industry preferred.
• Forklift certification required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with product selections, and provide POS service.
• Research parts, process quotes, and manage orders and returns.
• Maintain showroom appearance and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with branches for back-orders and delivery timelines.
