Job summary

Waynes is seeking a Wildlife Service & Sales Professional to inspect properties, identify wildlife issues, and provide exclusion and prevention services while educating customers on suitable solutions.

You will identify opportunities to upsell additional pest, termite, lawn, mosquito, and wildlife services, building long-term relationships with clients and maintaining accurate service records. This role blends field work with sales responsibilities in diverse outdoor settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in sales, wildlife, or pest control is a plus.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to obtain and maintain Nuisance Wildlife Control Operator and Pesticide licenses.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, lasting relationships with residential and commercial customers.
• Inspect properties to identify wildlife activity, damage, entry points, and safety concerns.
• Inspect roofs, attics, crawlspaces, and other areas where wildlife may be present.
• Perform exclusion work to prevent wildlife re-entry.
• Install, monitor, and service bait stations, traps, and exclusion devices.
