Job summary

Critter Control Operations in the Dallas area seeks a Service Manager to lead wildlife exclusion and remediation teams for residential and commercial properties. You will coach technicians, drive service quality, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering humane wildlife solutions.

This role requires travel up to 10%, strong leadership, and the ability to manage scheduling, fleet maintenance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Travel up to 10% and travel to Atlanta, GA within 60 days of start.
• Experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with various software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train technicians to deliver high-quality wildlife exclusion and pest control services.
• Conduct field inspections to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Manage routing and scheduling to optimize service delivery.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
• Oversee fleet maintenance and vehicle readiness.
• Address customer concerns and improve retention.
• Cover open routes during vacations or turnover.
• Manage district chemical orders and supplies.
• Monitor accounts receivable with District Manager.
• Conduct ride-alongs for coaching and feedback.
• Ensure licensure compliance across district employees.
