Job summary

Critter Control is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform hands-on exclusion, repair, and remediation on residential and commercial properties. You will identify entry points, install barriers, and carry out minor repairs while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires fieldwork with the ability to drive to multiple locations, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Background in construction, carpentry, roofing or related trades.
• Ability to perform fieldwork and work independently in diverse environments.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections to identify wildlife entry points and vulnerabilities.
• Install exclusion materials and perform minor repairs on roofs, siding, foundations, and other areas.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane methods and document services and interactions.
• Provide clear reports and review scopes with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
