Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform exclusion, repair, and remediation services for residential and commercial properties. You will identify entry points, complete structural repairs, and implement humane preventive measures while following safety and quality guidelines.

The role involves daily inspections of roofs, attics, crawlspaces, installing barriers, minor roof repairs, safe humane trapping, and thorough reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections and identify entry points.
• Install exclusion barriers to prevent wildlife access.
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane methods per standards.
• Maintain documentation and review scopes with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service for a positive experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
