Job summary

Critter Control is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform hands-on exclusion, repair, and remediation for residential and commercial properties. You will identify entry points, complete structural repairs, and implement humane prevention solutions while adhering to safety and quality guidelines.

The position involves interior/exterior inspections, installation of exclusion barriers, and collaboration with sales and service teams to ensure a positive customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently and safely.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail; proficient with software.

Responsibilities

• Inspect interiors and exteriors to identify wildlife entry points and vulnerabilities.
• Install exclusion materials to prevent wildlife access and perform minor repairs.
• Perform humane trapping and relocation in line with company standards.
• Maintain documentation and provide detailed reports of work and materials.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service for a seamless experience, and follow up with customers.
