Job summary

Amentum is seeking a WIDS Specialist Level II to administer the Bastille WIDS platform and lead Monitoring & Response activities on the Skywalker program. You will analyze wireless threats, generate incident summaries, and coordinate with Government stakeholders to resolve security issues.

Minimum education is a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of relevant experience; TS/SCI with Poly is required for this role. Travel worldwide is possible.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and administering the Bastille WIDS platform.
• Knowledge of wireless protocols, RF theory, and threat detection.
• Experience supporting M&R and wireless security operations.
• Ability to analyze security events and prepare technical reports.
• Strong written, verbal, and analytical communication skills.
• Ability to travel worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Monitor WIDS environments using Bastille to detect unauthorized wireless activity.
• Analyze RF-based threats and recommend mitigations and response actions.
• Support M&R activities and wireless incident investigations.
• Generate site-level reports, metrics, and incident summaries.
• Maintain WIDS documentation and reporting templates.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Operate wireless monitoring and direction-finding equipment.
• Ensure compliance with DoD and IC policies and procedures.
