Job summary

Amentum/Secure Networking Solutions seeks a WIDS Specialist Level II to support wireless intrusion detection (WIDS) operations for the Skywalker program. You will administer the Bastille WIDS platform, lead Monitoring & Response activities, and analyze wireless threats while ensuring DoD/IC compliance across a geographically distributed team.

Requirements include Bastille WIDS expertise, knowledge of wireless protocols and RF theory, M&R experience, and the ability to travel worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and administering Bastille WIDS platform.
• Knowledge of wireless protocols and RF theory.
• Experience supporting Monitoring & Response (M&R) and wireless security operations.
• Ability to travel worldwide.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of experience; DoD/IC experience preferred.
• TS/SCI with Poly clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Bastille WIDS to detect unauthorized wireless activity.
• Analyze RF-based threats and recommend mitigation actions.
• Support M&R activities and wireless incident investigations.
• Generate site-level reports, metrics, and incident summaries.
• Maintain WIDS documentation, SOPs, and reporting templates.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Operate wireless monitoring and direction-finding equipment.
• Ensure compliance with DoD/IC policies.
