Job summary

Duggal Visual Solutions, Inc. in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a skilled Wide Format Equipment Maintenance Technician to lead preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair Durst/Agfa/HP printers, CNC finishing tables, and related systems.

You will own the maintenance program, monitor OEE, coordinate vendor support, and drive uptime across shifts. The role requires hands-on electromechanical maintenance expertise with digital printing equipment, strong troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

Must have hands-on maintenance and repair experience with digital printing equipment, CNC cutting or routing equipment, or similar industrial machinery.
Experience owning or contributing to a preventive maintenance program and reporting results.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics and OEM service documentation.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for printing, cutting, and finishing equipment.
Diagnose faults to root cause and document corrective actions.
Coordinate with vendors for repairs and warranty work, ensuring uptime across shifts.
Train operators and maintenance staff on proper procedures and safety.
