Job summary

Duggal Visual Solutions in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Wide Format Equipment Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair our digital printing and CNC finishing systems. You will own preventive maintenance programs across Durst, Agfa, HP Latex, and Kongsberg equipment, ensuring uptime and quality across production shifts.

You will diagnose faults to root cause, service printheads, inks, and cooling systems, and coordinate with vendors for on-site or remote support.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
3+ years hands-on maintenance with digital printing, CNC cutting, or related industrial machinery.
OEM training or certification on Durst, Agfa, HP Latex, Zünd, or Kongsberg is a plus.
Experience owning or contributing to a preventive maintenance program; ability to read schematics.
Microsoft Office; CMMS software; OSHA 10 or 30; lockout/tagout training a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for printing, cutting, and finishing equipment.
Diagnose faults to root cause and document findings and actions.
Coordinate external service and warranty work; manage vendor relationships.
Train operators and maintenance staff; enforce safety standards and procedures.
Maintain records, SOPs, PM checklists, OEM manuals, and backups.
