Job summary

The WIC Program Assistant at Northeastern Rural Health Clinics in Susanville, CA supports the WIC Director with administrative and clerical tasks, scheduling appointments and referrals for Women Infants and Children program participants. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• WIC Participant Intake and Scheduling; issuance of WIC benefits.
• Prepare enrollment and recertification files; enter data into WIC WISE records.
• Document client contacts in WIC WISES per regulations; safeguard participant records.
• Travel to remote WIC locations and assist with community events.
• Adhere to local agency, company, and State WIC policies.
