• Answer phones, route calls, and return calls promptly.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service.
• Complete certification and recertification per WIC procedures.
• Schedule WIC appointments using the computer scheduler.
• Capture signatures with a signature pad.
• Issue monthly WIC benefits.
• Educate participants on WIC foods and eWIC card.
• Perform reminder calls/texts for appointments and document in Journey.
• Follow HIPAA standards in practice and document management.
• Interpret information during appointments if bilingual.
• Attend staff meetings and report on time.
• Attend training and professional development events.
