Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a WIC Clerk to manage front-desk tasks, prescreen participants, enroll and orient clients, and deliver nutrition education. You will schedule WIC, MSS, and Medical appointments while maintaining accurate charts and statistics.

Responsibilities include assisting front office, coordinating referrals, and providing brief nutrition counseling. A High School diploma is required and bilingual ability is preferred for serving diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability in English/Spanish or English/Russian preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with multicultural clients.
• Experience in front desk or WIC program is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and schedule WIC, MSS, and Medical appointments.
• Prescreen and enroll WIC participants; provide basic nutrition counseling.
• Maintain WIC charts, documents, and statistics accurately.
• Coordinate referrals to Sea Mar services and ensure timely follow-up.
