Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma; Certification as a Medical Assistant is a plus.
• Two years of experience in social services or clinical environment.
• Highly organized and adaptable to changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Determin a participant eligibility for WIC/CSFP/SFMNP services by intake documentation.
• Perform hematological assessments and anthropometric measurements per policies.
• Schedule appointments, make reminder calls, and follow up.
• Answer phones and perform clerical duties; document client information accurately.
