Community Action Partnership Belknap-Merrimack Counties (CAPBM) seeks a WIC Program Assistant II in Concord, NH to support eligibility determinations and client intake for WIC/CSFP/SFMNP programs.

The full-time role requires a minimum high school diploma, up to two years of social services or clinical experience, and strong organizational skills. Travel to clinic sites across three counties is required; reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are essential.

Responsabilités

• Determin[e] participant eligibility for WIC/CSFP/SFMNP per guidelines through intake.
• Perform hematological assessments and anthropometric measurements; document results.
• Schedule appointments, make reminder calls, and follow up with participants.
• Answer phones and perform general clerical duties.
• Accurately document participant information in client records.
