Job summary

Broadlawns Medical Center is seeking a WIC Support Staff/Outreach Specialist for the Dallas County clinic in Clive. You will greet participants, verify residency and income, assist with forms, and explain eWIC benefits while maintaining accurate records. The role includes issuing benefits, data entry, and coordinating with WIC staff.

Outreach activities and breastfeeding promotion are part of the duties. Requires a high school diploma, strong customer service, and reliable transportation;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Word processing and data entry skills.
• Proficient with common office equipment.
• One year of public-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet the public and answer phones with excellent service.
• Handle participant intake and eligibility verification.
• Explain eWIC benefits and maintain records.
• Maintain the computer system and print forms.
