Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly and provide clear instructions.
• Answer WIC phone lines and direct calls or take messages.
• Schedule WIC certifications and re-certifications.
• Prescreen applicants as required.
• Reschedule missed appointments and verify residency/ID/Medicaid.
