Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willing and able to conduct bloodwork.
• Willing and able to work at multiple locations, when needed.

Responsibilities

• Collects and records medical data for WIC clients and transcribes data to the FL-WiSE system.
• Interviews participants for demographics, WIC income eligibility and immunizations; issues benefits and EBT cards.
• Provides information on program procedures and assists with enrollment, scheduling, and supply orders.
• Responds to telephone inquiries to schedule appointments and provide program information; conducts weekly follow-ups.
• Protects, promotes and supports breastfeeding; performs related tasks as directed by supervision.
