Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager in Middletown, PA to champion safety, lead our Global WHS Program, and align safety with operational excellence. You’ll assess risks, analyze safety trends, and implement practical solutions to protect associates while maintaining productivity.

You will collaborate with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily work, conduct site audits, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience required.
• 3+ years in WHS/environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead WHS program implementation and safety leadership at the site.
• Conduct risk assessments and analyze safety data to drive improvements.
• Oversee audits, first aid program, and emergency response capabilities.
• Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily workflows and culture.
