Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to join our safety leadership team at our site in Wilmington, DE. You will lead the Global WHS Program implementation, conduct risk assessments, analyze incident trends, and drive safety initiatives that balance protection with operational excellence.

You will partner with Operations leadership, manage audits, oversee first aid and emergency response, and develop leadership plans while using data analytics to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.
