Job summary

Amazon.com LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead a comprehensive safety program across operations, partnering with site leadership to embed safety into daily work and use data-driven insights to reduce risk and drive productivity.

You will build a high-performing WHS team, lead risk assessments, and transform safety data into actionable strategies while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in EHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 5+ years in people and performance management with increasing responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface with site leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a comprehensive WHS program, partnering with Operations leadership to weave safety into daily operations.
• Execute risk assessments and use data analytics to drive preventive safety measures and productivity.
• Build and develop a high-performing WHS team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
