Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager in Wilmington to lead our global WHS program implementation and drive risk reduction across the site. You will partner with Operations leadership to protect associates, shape the safety culture, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

You'll conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, manage first aid and emergency response, and coach teams to embed safety excellence in daily operations at a fast-paced fulfillment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience required.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs.
• 3+ years in people and performance management, or 2+ years in Amazon Safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead WHS program implementation and safety initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and analyze incident trends.
• Manage first aid and emergency response capabilities.
