Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead safety initiatives and champion a culture of safety. You will partner with Operations leadership to implement the WHS program, conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, and drive continuous improvements across the site.

The role requires hands-on safety management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence and engage associates to uphold safety standards while supporting productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of people management, or 2+ years of Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global WHS Program implementation at the site and drive safety initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data to implement preventive measures.
• Oversee the first aid program, emergency response capabilities, site audits, and incident trend analysis.
