Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to champion safety across the site and drive the Global WHS Program implementation. You will combine hands-on safety management with strategic thinking to protect associates while maintaining productivity.

You will conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, and lead compliance efforts including site audits and the first aid program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced instruction and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global WHS Program implementation and safety leadership initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and analyze safety data to drive improvements.
• Oversee safety compliance, site audits, and incident trend analyses.
• Manage first aid program and emergency response capabilities at the site.
• Engage Operations leadership to influence safety culture and performance.
