Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead the Global WHS Program at our Pasadena, TX site. You will champion safety, perform risk assessments, analyze incident trends, and partner with Operations leadership to drive safe, productive performance.

Required: Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon WHS experience; 3+ years in WHS/environmental programs or 2+ years in Amazon Safety; 3+ years in people and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon WHS experience.
• 3+ years in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global WHS Program implementation and safety leadership.
• Conduct risk assessments and analyze incident trends to drive improvements.
• Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations.
• Manage first aid, emergency response, and site audits.
